In most cases Theophilos is free to use and distribute and it can be classified as "freeware". However, this policy is limited only to the free package available on our website and it is further limited by the License Agreement. According to it, the free package can only be distributed over Internet, BBS and other electronic media. If distributed on CDs Theophilos cannot be the featured program, but only a part of larger collection of other programs or as a bonus application. According to the License Agreement, any distribution must be free of charge, and it must be clear from the packaging or documentation that Theophilos is offered as such. Furthermore, no modifications are allowed and the program must be in original compressed form. Any distribution beyond these guidelines must be authorized by the Distribution Agreement or special License Agreement.
